YIT and Render jointly created a new web service for home buyers. With YIT Stylemachine the home buyers do get an easy access to play with their customised interior choices. Fully visualised 3D perspectives give an instant idea of personalised material and design selections. Stylemachine can also estimate the cost of tailoring. The idea of the service is to deliver a strong visual impression and fluent user experience both encouraging the customer decision makeing.

Stylemachine was designed on YIT business logic, and was further formalised to data model and back-end interface on Render's Building Vision Management (BVM) platform. Client interface was optimised for fluency and compatibility by dividing the real-time tasks between the web client (Flash 9) and web server (BVM). The internal hybrid solution of image processing enables even billions of high quality choise permutations shown over a standard broadband to wide customer base.
